Health information we collect when we treat your child at our offices is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at each office and on request.

4. Emails and newsletters

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Newsletter contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, and unsubscribe choices are kept so we do not email you again.
