On Saturday, December 20, 2025, the entire Little Kids Dentistry family came together for an unforgettable employee Christmas celebration at the elegant Arbat Banquet Hall in Burbank, California (711 S San Fernando Blvd). This special corporate event was a heartfelt thank-you to the hardworking doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff who make fear-free, fun dental care possible for children across Southern California every day. Founder and pediatric dentist Dr. Natalya Shagramanova hosted the evening as a way to recognize the team’s passion, dedication, and the thousands of bright smiles they’ve created throughout the year.
An Evening of Gratitude, Laughter, and Holiday Cheer
The stunning Arbat Banquet Hall – known for its grand multi-level seating, spacious dance floor, high ceilings, and timeless elegance – was transformed into a festive holiday wonderland with twinkling lights, beautiful decorations, and warm seasonal touches.
The night featured delicious catering, holiday music, dancing, and plenty of laughter as team members from all locations – including South Gate, Santa Fe Springs, Panorama City, and more – reconnected and celebrated their shared successes.
A highlight was the exciting raffle with generous prizes and fun surprises displayed on the grand stage.
Similar festive energy filled the room as staff enjoyed the celebrations:
Of course, Dino the beloved T-Rex mascot made a special appearance, bringing his signature roar and posing for team photos that captured the joy of the evening.
Team spirit was on full display, much like these happy dental staff celebrations:
Dr. Natalya shared a few words of appreciation:
“Our team is the heart of Little Kids Dentistry. You turn every appointment into a positive adventure for our young patients and their families. This Christmas party was our way of saying thank you for your hard work, kindness, and commitment. Here’s to another year of making smiles shine!”
As the night came to a close with toasts and more dancing, everyone left feeling appreciated, connected, and excited for the year ahead.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Arbat Banquet Hall for helping make the evening so memorable, and to our incredible team for everything you do!
From the Little Kids Dentistry family – Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and here’s to a bright 2026! 🦖🎄✨
