Little Kids Dentistry’s 2026 Back-to-School Events Were a Roaring Success!
Los Angeles, CA — Little Kids Dentistry wrapped a two-day Back-to-School celebration that turned our South Gate and Hoover offices into playgrounds of backpacks, balloons, and bright smiles. Families filled both clinics to kick off the school year the way we like it: with Dino the T-Rex, a bag of school supplies, and a reminder that a healthy smile is the most useful supply a child can pack.
Led by founder and pediatric dentist Dr. Natalya Shagramanova, doctors, managers, back-office assistants, and front-desk teams from across the practice showed up in full community spirit — the same energy our South Gate crew brings to the Children’s Christmas Lane Parade and Easter egg hunts, now pointed toward a confident start to the academic year.
Saturday, August 2 — South Gate
On Saturday, August 2, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, our South Gate office at 3175 Firestone Blvd welcomed neighbors from across the city. Kids met Dino, posed for family photos, and left with backpacks, smile kits, toothbrushes, and toothpaste while supplies lasted. Face painting, balloons, music, and light snacks kept the parking lot and lobby buzzing. Parents asked about lunchbox snacks, sports mouthguards, and checkups; the front-desk team booked visits on the spot.
Sunday, August 9 — Hoover (Los Angeles near USC)
The celebration rolled to our Hoover office the next day at 4203 S Hoover St. Families from Vermont Square, North University Park, Adams-Normandie, and nearby neighborhoods packed the sidewalk and lobby for Dino greetings, backpacks, goody bags, smile-smart tips, and optional quick smile checks. Opening on a Sunday was a special thank-you to Hoover-area families.
More than a party
Summer snacks, sports, and irregular routines can hide cavities until school pictures. A back-to-school visit catches those early.
“Seeing kids wave at Dino with a new backpack on one shoulder and a toothbrush in the other hand is why we do this,” said Dr. Shagramanova. “We want every child in South Gate and Hoover to start the year feeling proud of their smile.”
